Who We're Looking For
Juliedoo Reset delivers confidential, one-on-one support to employees and leaders across all organizational levels. Our practitioners are not generalist coaches — they are experienced professionals who understand the complexity of workplace dynamics, organizational culture, and the particular trust required when someone seeks support inside a professional context.
We maintain a small network by design. Every practitioner who works with us is vetted individually and held to the same confidentiality standards that govern all employer and participant engagements.
What We Look For
Workplace experience
Demonstrated background supporting employees, leaders, or teams in professional or organizational settings — not exclusively personal coaching.
Confidentiality fluency
A clear, practiced understanding of professional confidentiality — including what it means in an employer-funded context where the participant and the payer are different people.
Breadth across levels
Comfort working with frontline employees, mid-level managers, and senior leaders. The ability to adapt without compromising depth.
Structured delivery
Experience working within defined session formats and time constraints. Our appointments are 30 minutes — practitioners must be effective within that structure.
Professional credentials
Relevant certification, licensure, or equivalent professional training. We review credentials individually — there is no single required designation.
Discretion as a default
Not just policy compliance — a genuine orientation toward privacy, restraint, and the protection of participant trust as a professional value.

If there is potential alignment, we will schedule a direct conversation. This is a two-way process — we want you to evaluate us as much as we evaluate you.
Practitioners who join the network receive a practitioner agreement covering scope, confidentiality obligations, session protocols, and compensation terms. Onboarding follows once the contract is signed.

Every practitioner in the Juliedoo Reset network receives a dedicated account on our platform. All sessions are conducted, documented, and managed directly inside the system — you do not need to source, pay for, or configure any external tool.
The platform handles scheduling, session notes, participant records, and delivery tracking. Everything is in one place, purpose-built for this model. All work is conducted remotely — there are no in-person requirements and no travel involved.

What happens when you're accepted
Practitioners who join the network receive a practitioner agreement before any work begins. The contract covers scope of engagement, confidentiality obligations, compensation terms, and the boundaries of the employer-funded model. You will have time to review it fully before signing. Once the agreement is signed, you receive access to your practitioner account.
