Confidentiality Notice

Every participant is protected. Every engagement is held in complete confidence — before, during, and after. What participants share belongs to them alone.

Scope of Confidentiality

All participant sessions, disclosures, communications, and program interactions conducted through Juliedoo LLC are held in strict confidence. This obligation applies before, during, and after any engagement. Confidentiality is not conditional on the nature of the information shared.

What Employers Do Not Receive

Sponsoring employers do not receive session content, participant identities, disclosed information, or any data that could be used to identify or evaluate individual participants. Employer reporting, where applicable, is limited to aggregate, anonymized program metrics as defined in the applicable service agreement. No individual participant data is included in any employer-facing communication.

Limited Exceptions

Confidentiality may be limited only in the following circumstances: (1) where disclosure is required by applicable law or court order; (2) where there is a credible, imminent risk of harm to the participant or others; or (3) where the participant provides explicit written consent to a specific disclosure. These exceptions are narrow and will be applied only to the extent required.

Formal Agreements

All employer engagements are governed by a mutual non-disclosure agreement (NDA) executed prior to the commencement of services. Participant engagements are governed by a formal service agreement that includes confidentiality terms. No engagement proceeds without a signed agreement.

Coach & Staff Obligations

All coaches, support professionals, and staff engaged through Juliedoo LLC are bound by the same confidentiality standards that govern the firm. Access to participant information is limited to those directly involved in service delivery. Internal communications are subject to the same confidentiality obligations.
