No-Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

All fees paid to Juliedoo LLC for employer-sponsored workplace coaching and professional support services are non-refundable. By entering into a service agreement with Juliedoo LLC, the client acknowledges and agrees that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to early termination, dissatisfaction with outcomes, or changes in organizational priorities.

Nature of Services

Juliedoo Reset is an employer-sponsored workplace coaching and professional support service operated by Juliedoo LLC. Services are delivered on a time-and-expertise basis. Because the value of these services is realized through the professional time, preparation, and resources committed upon engagement, fees are earned upon commencement of services and are not subject to reversal.

No Guarantee of Outcomes

Juliedoo LLC does not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or performance improvements. Coaching and support services are designed to provide structured professional guidance. Individual results depend on a range of factors outside the control of Juliedoo LLC. The absence of a desired outcome does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Cancellation by Client

If a client cancels a service agreement prior to completion, no refund will be issued for fees already paid. Any unused service hours or sessions will be forfeited. Cancellation must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Cancellation does not relieve the client of any outstanding payment obligations under the applicable service agreement.

Cancellation by Juliedoo LLC

In the event that Juliedoo LLC is unable to fulfill a service engagement due to circumstances within its control, Juliedoo LLC may, at its sole discretion, offer a pro-rated credit toward future services. This credit is not a refund and has no cash value. Juliedoo LLC reserves the right to terminate any engagement at any time for cause, including but not limited to breach of the service agreement or conduct that compromises the safety or confidentiality of participants.

Disputes

Any dispute arising from this policy or any service agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. The parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal remedies.

Every participant is protected. Every engagement is protected. Every session is held in complete confidence — before, during, and after. What participants share belongs to them alone. Except where required by applicable law or a binding legal obligation.
