Confidentiality
What Stays Private. What Employers Receive. How It Works.
Confidentiality is not a feature of Juliedoo Reset — it is the foundation. Every structural decision in the program exists to protect participant privacy.
Three layers of protection govern every engagement.
The Confidentiality Framework
Three layers of protection govern every engagement.
Contractual Protection
All participants, coaches, and employers operate under binding confidentiality agreements before any engagement begins. Nothing is informal.
Structural Separation
Coaches are independent practitioners, not employees. This creates a structural firewall between session content and the employer organization.
No Session Content Transfer
What is discussed in sessions is never shared with the employer — not in summary, not in aggregate, not in any form.
Transparency
What Employers Receive vs. What Stays Private
Employers receive
- Confirmation that sessions occurred
- Aggregate utilization data (number of sessions used)
- Program completion status
- Invoice and billing records
Stays completely private
- All session content and discussion
- Participant identity (unless disclosed by the participant)
- Reasons for participation
- Any personal, professional, or organizational information shared
- Coach identity and practitioner notes
Legal and Contractual Basis
Every engagement is governed by a formal service agreement between Juliedoo Reset and the employer, and a separate practitioner agreement with each coach. Participants are informed of the confidentiality structure before their first session. No data is shared with third parties. No session content is retained beyond what is operationally necessary to deliver the program.
