What does the employer actually receive?

Employers receive confirmation that sessions occurred, aggregate utilization data, and billing records. No session content, no participant identity, and no personal information is ever shared.

How is the program activated?

Employers contact us to discuss the Entry Pilot. Once terms are agreed and the service agreement is signed, the program is configured and ready within days.

Can the employer cancel mid-program?

The Entry Pilot is a fixed four-week engagement. Terms for early termination are outlined in the service agreement.

Is there a minimum number of employees required?

No. The Entry Pilot is designed to be accessible regardless of team size. Pricing is flat, not per-head.

What happens after the Entry Pilot?

Employers who wish to continue can transition to the Ongoing Program, which is structured around sustained access and custom pricing.

Will my employer know what I discuss in sessions?

No. Session content is completely confidential. Your employer receives only confirmation that sessions occurred and aggregate utilization data — never what was discussed.

Do I have to use my real name?

Participants may engage under a preferred name. The confidentiality structure is designed to protect identity at every level.

Who are the coaches?

Coaches are independent practitioners who have applied to and been accepted into the Juliedoo Reset network. They are not employees of your organization.

Question 9

What kinds of issues can I bring to a session?

Anything related to your professional situation — workplace conflict, performance pressure, burnout, career uncertainty, difficult relationships at work, or organizational change.

Is this therapy or clinical support?

No. Juliedoo Reset provides professional coaching and workplace support. It is not a clinical service and does not replace mental health treatment.

How do I apply to join the network?

Visit the Work With Us page and complete the application form. Every application is reviewed individually. You will hear back within 2 business days.

Question 12

What does the practitioner agreement cover?

Accepted Answer

The agreement covers scope of engagement, confidentiality obligations, compensation terms, and the boundaries of the employer-funded model.

Question 13

Do I receive templates or materials?

Accepted Answer

No. Coaches work directly within the Juliedoo Reset platform. Once your agreement is signed, you receive access to your practitioner account.

Is the work fully remote?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All sessions are delivered remotely through the platform.
