Defined Pilot Structure
One workplace location or defined employee population receives dedicated access over four consecutive weeks, with up to 80 confidential appointment opportunities across eight designated mornings.
Qualified Workplace Coaches
Appointments are delivered by vetted, insured Juliedoo Reset Workplace Coaches operating through established service, confidentiality, documentation, and quality standards.
Confidential Participant Access
Eligible employees and leaders schedule directly through a private booking link. Individual identities, conversation content, personal disclosures, and appointment notes remain protected within the applicable privacy and safety framework.
Formal Program Governance
Each pilot is governed by an Employer Service Agreement, Pilot Statement of Work, and defined confidentiality, privacy, payment, and service-scope provisions completed before activation.
Aggregate Employer Reporting
The employer receives aggregate utilization information, participation trends, anonymized program-level observations, a pilot completion summary, and continuation recommendations. Reporting thresholds protect participant anonymity.
Fixed Pilot Investment
The Employer Entry Pilot is $29,997, payable in full before activation. The fee reserves forty service hours exclusively for the participating organization throughout the confirmed pilot schedule.

How it works
A Simple Path from Employer Inquiry to Pilot Completion
Employer Inquiry
An authorized employer representative submits the inquiry form. Juliedoo Reset responds by email with the Entry Pilot overview, current availability and the Employer Readiness Check.
Employer Readiness Check
The employer completes a brief online check-in covering the intended participant group, organizational priorities, preferred launch window and pilot requirements.
The check-in confirms that the organization is committed to supporting and retaining its people, providing genuine confidential access and protecting individual participant privacy.
Juliedoo Reset reviews the submission and confirms program fit, availability and the next activation step by email.
Agreement and Capacity Reservation
The employer receives the Employer Service Agreement and Pilot Statement of Work for electronic signature.
Once the agreements are completed and the $29,997 pilot fee is received, the selected pilot schedule and 40 reserved service hours are confirmed for the organization.
Employer Launch Setup
Juliedoo Reset confirms the eligible participant group, time zone, eight designated pilot mornings and internal launch date.
The employer receives ready-to-use participant communication materials and the private scheduling link to distribute to eligible employees and leaders.
Four-Week Pilot Delivery
Participants schedule their appointments directly and meet remotely with qualified and insured Juliedoo Reset Workplace Coaches.
The pilot provides up to 80 confidential appointment opportunities across four consecutive weeks. Individual appointment content remains protected within the Juliedoo Reset confidentiality, privacy and safety framework.
Pilot Completion Check-In
At the end of the pilot, the employer receives an aggregate utilization summary, pilot completion information and recommended capacity for continued support.
The employer completes a brief online continuation check-in to confirm ongoing requirements, preferred program capacity and organizational scope.
Juliedoo Reset then provides the appropriate Ongoing Employer Program structure for the next term.
